Last year Keao Burdine was paired with April Ross. They had a mediocre year and decided to split up for the 2007 season. This isn't rare in the arena of professional volleyball. Players switch to other players all the time. It wouldn't be such and issue with the Burdine/Ross breakup, if April wouldn't have had such a breakout season. Talk about the luck of the draw when April decided to team up with journey woman Jennifer Boss. Athough Jennifer has teamed up with many ladies in the past, her chemistry and enthusiasm has helped April become a star as well as a potential MVP candidate. Keao teamed up with Brittany Hochevar a relative unknown on the Pro tour. Look for Keao to bounce back in 2008, if she's able to find a teammate that matches her skills and they flow together.
